Yes. But the whole issue of fuel prices is not that clear cut. Crude can be refined in any refinery. Russia pumps crude oil around the world. There are a lot of refineries in the world and room for more. Russia already suspended refined exports for 6 months before refinery hits.

Those refineries make products for russia, both civil and military
Hitting them has zero impact on world oil markets
It may actually cause prices to fall, as russia cannot refine all the oil and must export more

Yes, don't care about fuel prices, but think the US shouldn't directly confront Russia yet, other nations can do whatever they need to asymmetrically.

If it were up to me, they would be equipped to absolutely level that place. I would smile as they change the landscape.
$6/gallon is annoying, but I've done it before. I haven't had my home bombed or my father killed in battle, and if it slows or stops that, you bet I support it.
