@tonyfacaldo Yes. But the whole issue of fuel prices is not that clear cut. Crude can be refined in any refinery. Russia pumps crude oil around the world. There are a lot of refineries in the world and room for more. Russia already suspended refined exports for 6 months before refinery hits.
