@blixberrie I think this is very very contextual and I would argue that in this scenario - savings are non-existent, leisure activity is highly minimal, clothing/holidays rare, no chance of a car etc. One emergency expense from homelessness too. 26-28k is like 1700 p/m, rent like 800-1000???
