@timescolonist This city council has no respect and doesnt think of other ppl just themselves and picket books.... there isnt eniugh parking in tge area as it is.... and many disagreed with the proposed plan.... but Aryze had ppl who are not from the area there to support it... stack the decks

@timescolonist “I’m thrilled to see council taking the housing crisis seriously and approving our project that is an incremental step toward healthier neighbourhoods and the provision of more rental housing choice within the areas outside of the downtown,” said Aryze principal Luke Mari.

@timescolonist Parking for ONE car share vehicle. Residents will be constantly battling for it. Setting aside more care share spaces would have been better.

@timescolonist As far as I’m concerned, Luke Mari is rolling around town selling other peoples parking spots.

@timescolonist This means more vehicles parked on the roads. Can a city or muni dictate residency/ownership based on your means of transportation? Maybe owner one fits the bill but what about owner two?

@timescolonist Think about how much of your apartment would fit into your parking space and get back to me before you get mad. Answer for me is about over half my bedroom. Why make people waste money on the space if they don’t drive?
