My mother had such a slight case of measles when she was carrying my brother in the '40s, she didn't even bother to be "sick." He was born very beautiful w/ no mind. Zero mind. Lived lying down slackly until he was 25. Never walked, thought, or spoke. Measles are very dangerous.

@time4kind @barbaraebj COVID was an unknown entity so they could get away with pushing the “mild” illness. We still have a collective memory of the horror of measles (b.1961); we need to tell these stories so they can’t get away with minimizing measles.
