@time4kind Over 9 million Canadians own guns. (21%) 1 in 5 children in Canadian schools live in a home where firearms are present. 33% of Americans own guns. 1 in 3 children live in a home where guns are present. However they have far more school shootings. Where's the threshold?

@time4kind US is one but Canada is 7 in the world for guns per capita? Not the guns. We have lots in Canada to execute crime it is something else.

@time4kind Not really saying guns are good here, just pointing out a glaring piece of missing information. Canada is 38 million people to the USA at 329 million people. Not sure what that works out to as a percentage but of course Canada will have way fewer shootings.

@time4kind If “guns are the problem” then out of the thousands of us who conceal carry in DC, why has only one person in 5 years discharged their weapon? Oh, it was ruled justifiable due to the person’s life being in imminent during an attempted robbery. Because guns aren’t the problem.

@time4kind Guns have been around for decades. US citizens have access to guns & have had access for decades. How many US school shootings before Columbine?
