@time4kind They are taught to "SHOOT TO KILL" under any & all circumstances if they must draw their guns. Seems to be only applicable when it pertains to Blk ppl.

@time4kind yes.. they're trained to aim at the biggest target once it's decided 'deadly force' is needed..it's not like those old cowboy movies.. shooting the gun out of their hand is bullshit.. not advocating guns but go to a range.. rent a gun.. try shooting it and hitting a target

@time4kind Very difficult to hit legs in situations like the police are in. Ricochets endanger by standers too. It’s not practical.

@time4kind If they had a reason to be shooting, that would be a dangerous thing to do. Legs are skinny and moving and hard to hit. If they had a reason to shoot, center of mass would be the safest option for them. Since they just shoot on a whim, missing a moving leg wouldn't hurt them any
