I really want to get into pixel art, but I just don't know where to begin other than just diving in. Do you have any advice? Yours is my favourite that I've seen from modern pixel artists.

Check out my blog, I have articles on all the fundamentals there; the one about resolution selection is very important!
You will learn the most by making stuff, so give yourself some little challenges to do and don't be overly ambitious at first :)

I used to (both traditional and digital,) before getting into pixel art! I made a digital painting as a gift recently but it's rare for me these days
