Congratulations Rev. Dr. E. Scott Winnett on becoming the new pastor of Zion Reformed Unified Church of Christ. The service was very encouraging and uplifting, and I felt humbled to worship at this church built on a rock. It reminded me that Hagerstown is truly good ground. 💜
