The Minister of Education just announced that a tentative agreement has been reached with CUPE. All schools will be open on Monday during regular hours.
All schools and offices are closed today due to inclement weather. All child care centres in TCDSB schools are also closed. All school bus transportation and permits are cancelled.
We have not received any updates on the status of negotiations as yet. If no agreement is reached and CUPE initiates a strike tomorrow, all TCDSB will be closed Monday October 7th.

Palm Sunday marks the final week of Lent and the beginning of Holy Week. It is the day we celebrate the triumphant arrival of Jesus in to Jerusalem. While celebrations will be different this year, let us remember to pray & reflect on the miracle of his death & resurrection.

Our community is saddened by the news of the Ethiopian Airlines crash on which one of our graduates, Danielle Moore (Valedictorian, class of 2012), was a passenger. Our condolences and prayers go out to the Moore family, as well as the other families of those who lost loved ones.
