It is so stupid that while every org wants their teams to work collaboratively and as a single team, they all give targets and incentives which are individual based.
Also more often than not, those individual targets conflict with each other. And then we wonder why orgs…

This is what I have been trying to say to my organisation, but then the ego comes in such as “How can a junior tell us what needs to be done” or “why is a junior trying to be oversmart” 😅

There are some incredible sales teams that give everyone on the team individual targets, and the manager has a separate individual target along with team targets 🙄

It's 64 days my ola s1 pro scooter has been in the dapodi service centre positive feedback from the ola team. Worst after sales customer service.They don't care for customers at all. Ola doesn't have workers as my scooter is dead for 2 months
