I think engineers missed this one🙃 ......
It's been 50 days from 27th march when I raised my battery fast drain and depletion issue with my Ather Series 1. After lot of emails and irritating conversions I got myself loaner vehicle on 23rd April (almost a month!). Not single reply after that!!
