@girliefreak_ @tealocanth In the original story, she was, but in the film, she is said to be 20. But that doesn't change the fact that he is a sexual creep aside from being racist and an abusive parent to Quasimodo. Truly one of the most monstrous well-written villains in Disney indeed.
