Prosecution has burden. I would be doing everything I could to prove every element and leave no room for error or criticism. Trump lawyers didn’t stipulate to anything is my guess. Makes for a longer trial but they have to authenticate evidence.

So rather than stipulating to stuff they have before, they're forcing the prosecution to bring in others to affirm statements. Hoping to overwhelm the jury with extraneous testimony to buy time or confuse them?

His rallies are expensive & have notably shrinking attendance. This way, he can delay, force the prosecution to spend more money, & still come off as the aggrieved party from the delay & lengthening of trial time. Win-win for him. I hope the prosecution can wedge that fact in.

I’m pretty sure this is on purpose. He gets more attention in front of the TV cameras in front of the court than he ever gets at his rallies.

Maybe he has deteriorated so drastically they will do ANYTHING to keep him from being in the public eye (beyond sleeping through his own trial...).

To summarize further, Trump using these delay, tactics for free publicity, 4the grift, in front of the courthouse while he whines like a baby about how cold he is &lying to the public claiming he’s not able to campaign yet when he has had time off, he spent it on the golf course!
