What? We're supposed to feel sorry for him because the costs of his criminality are so high that he can't afford to run for President? I can't afford to run for President and I am an honest man. Feel sorry for me, instead.

Nobody knows anything concrete, he plays everything close to the vest. He does like to throw stuff out there to mislead, which leads to everybody speculating what could happen. Keeping him in the news cycles
