You must not be aware of how the system works. Once the court is involved they are the arbitrator. There is no longer a decision between the parents.
@FightHaven
whose child is it?
be a man and negotiate if the agreement can't be met for a while
this lady has nothing to do with the life of someone else's child

Of course the government is going to force payment. the reason is Title IV-D of the Social Security Act which gives federal funds to a state for EVERY Support dollar they "enforce" leading to less equality of time for parents so they can justify higher support payments.

@FightHaven
that's true mostly
I have never opted for others to solve my own issues
might took way longer than should but somehow things were resolved without bureocrats

Judges think they are untouchable...they're not.
Tough guys when sitting on the bench, but in the parking lot one on one without security guards surrounding them they are a lot nicer.

This is not true. The "receiving" parent has FULL AUTHORITY to make decisions. They can request whatever they want, and if it's decided between BOTH parents, the courts will follow.

Arbitration is always on the side of the child when the mother brainwashed them to tell them lies about the father it happens all the time.

That's a lie. The mother has complete control over that entire situation.... She's enjoying the fact that that man is struggling with his new wife.
