But no one knows where the money went.
Homelessness increased by 50% and literally everywhere.

The money was siphoned by bureaucrats on its way to the Cartels; through sell of the drugs, that all those people are knocked out with, while living in the street. California pays their homeless, through NGOs, free needles, etc.; as well as State agencies. js๐ง
