What if the informant/witness in this case was a person that didn't render aide, didn't notify LE, contaminated a crime scene, & interfered with a police investigation?
Offered a deal versus charges?

My first thought is my own annoyance if that wound up being true. Second thought goes to SG and how he would manage if he learned all the info was right there the entire time. He's probably considered it but ooo to have to face that possibility would be rough af on him.

This is why I say Bryan may have seen something...encircling, then doing what appeared to be trying to park as the affadavit mentioned. He was quiet in class when the subject came up. He may have been RIDING AROUND, & came upon a different place..

I'm still trying to understand if the Supposed Informant, that is S with a capital S, was one of the Survivors, then Law Enforcement lied in the PCA and how exactly is that legal? Yes I know police can lie during Questioning/Integrations, but lying on a PCA?

Absolutely possible, but their testimony would be devastating to the prosecution. So many ifs in this case? They don't have a solid case; they have a media-driven case.
