This is a very good start. Lee improves the center field defense, which I’m sure any pitcher at Oracle Park will appreciate. It also puts a dynamic bat and base-stealer at the top of the lineup. Though the lineup needs a bit of thump to follow it.

@sfgiantfutures Is the thump hoping someone else in the crowded outfield gets back to form or possible trade?

@BoomOrBust08 Yaz and Wade could definitely get back to form. Though I think one other player still might, though he may not get a chance until mid-season. But the Giants will also need to look elsewhere. Be it a trade or free agent.

@artharrisdemo Good average, some pop, and very low strikeouts. I admit, players have had struggles converting from the KBO to the big leagues, but it’s not unreasonable to say that Lee immediately becomes the best contact hitter on the Giants roster.

@sfgiantfutures A Lamonte/Lee 1-2 is going to be so annoying for opposing pitchers 😂 Love this move and contract

@sfgiantfutures Base stealer? 64 bags in 7 years I think is what I saw…doesn’t exactly stand out at a base stealer
