rewatching this i sound really aggressive my bad i was trying to fit the 2:30 minute limit (plus i had done 8 other takes of this video so i was getting annoyed)

@selasiii I wont lie though idk who youre referring to when you talk about uninspired dubstep bc if anything i feel like a lot of dubstep is inspired in the way youre talking about, its part of the reason why i love dubstep so much because so many people are making a variety of cool shit

@rekondub dubstep is obviously inspired but my problem is peoples main inspiration is other dubstep songs. it creates a loop of just the same idea and everything just becomes over-saturation. my point was that not enough people take inspiration from other things

@selasiii only thing i think is understandable about this video is mentioning the fact that dubstep is just inspired from other dubstep. you mention joeb is kind of sampling and chopping like hip hop stuff but like other and that what other things could people draw inspiration from?

@notarin52 probably just other genres they listen too/find interesting. wink is a good example of taking attributes from trap and applying it to dubstep in their own way
