@seanhelaosouse Years ago working a remote job me and another carpenter found a little cabin to rent so we didn't have to stay in a crappy motel during the week. He was a vegan and had a thing for elephant garlic, cooked with it nearly every night and typically used an entire clove.

@seanhelaosouse Yes, and if I feel as though I'm about to get a cold, I dice some fresh garlic & try to breathe in the fumes. I really think it helps.

@seanhelaosouse The very first time I cooked with fresh garlic, the recipe called for 2 cloves. In my ignorance, I used two bulbs. It was awesome!

@seanhelaosouse Most ppl don’t realize that there are well over 600 types of named garlic subspecies. I prefer the spicy ones like German Red. Elephant garlic isn’t a garlic (it’s a leek). Garlic is also very healthy. I cook most things w fresh garlic if I can.
