-In June: HB agreed to plead guilty to 2 federal misdemeanors relating to his income taxes & enter into a Pretrial Diversion agreement relating to a felony gun charge.
-In July: After the deal fell apart, HB pleaded not guilty to 2 misdemeanors re his taxes.

-In September, HB was indicted for 3 gun charges relating to his drug use and gun purchase. He has pleaded not guilty.
