He didn’t get us in the playoffs now did he?
With a 3rd string QB and 11 players missing due to injuries?
It’s never complete apples to apples when you compare these things, but those ranking show that Miami could have done much better offensively during his tenure
@rogervilleasa
In Flores last season, (where he started 1-8) finished the seasons off with possibly the easiest schedule the NFL has ever seen. Yes it was a accomplishment to win those games but let’s add context. McDaniel faced how many playoff teams & didn’t have the Jets rebuilding
@rogervilleasa
Less talented? Flo had his secondary. Flo beat no good teams. Flo couldn’t build a staff and was no reason to think anyone capable wanted to work with him.
@rogervilleasa
Flo beat backup qbs & our team always looked bad in those games. Never competed vs. quality teams. We were a field goal away from buffalo away in the snow with skylar freaking Thompson. Context matters, stop this nonsense
@rogervilleasa
Flores carryover staff in Boyer and crew were a huge disappointment. Get a veteran/top D coordinator in Fangio and this team overall will succeed. There were very little moments last year we played complimentary football..2023 will see much more balance.

Strenght of schedule, injuries (specially on defense with multiple starting players on the secondary) , Qb injuries and playing with a 7 round rookie qb......
put that in perspective
