I’m a fan of yours. Predicting dirt isn’t a perfect science, otherwise civil construction would have much less inspection/standards. You’ve been under the gun a lot and opinions warranted, but IMO this is shooting your sport in the nuts suggesting this.

It’s all about effort. Rubber up due to 100degree heat and wind, but work their asses off to try to prevent it, they get a pass. Just sit and watch it eat RR and 🚂... and not give two 💩...they should have to buy each of you a RR at minimum.

Every track should be track record ready for qualifying.
Every track should have a cushion to lean on.
The skill to run a cushion (at speed) is what separates the good from the greats.
Slick, slow, and dusty nonwing Sprint Cars are a bore.
Make it dangerous again.

Agree with ya Ballou , if dirt track operators < ( very few promoters) do not want to prepare a proper surface to race on, then they should pay for the 13 tires it will take per car to run the evening !!!
