Really because people have been leaving California at a 2:1 ratio for more than a year and Texas and Florida have been hotspots for relocation. You don't live in reality do ya, Pete?

I used to travel a lot for my job. Whenever I left California and came back home, just in that short drive from the airport to my home, I would think, “my god, this place is so beautiful!” Such a beautiful place to live!
