The meeting was about two recent terrorist attacks in Brazilian day care/school where children (in one case, 4 kids under 7 and in the other, teachers and teenagers) were slaughtered by extremists.

The Brazilian government has identified at least 511 Twitter profiles with terrorists and massacre pictures and threats to schools in the country. Clearly, also not a Twitter's policy violation.

there are no words for this. If Twitter is prepared to not simply ignore propaganda for child killer terrorists, but officially affirm to out government that it does not violate your policies, what is left for a Trust and Safety area to protect?
