Seems aggressive not to consider another tesla over this.. you bought it without HEPA. Angry over lack of upgrade?
My Model S screen doesn’t tilt left/right which came out weeks after I took delivery — no upgrade. I bought it as such..

Anyone can buy parts to replace their existing filter. Did you tell them you were buying to parts to do the unsupported upgrade? Did they agree to enable bio mode after you self-install?

Because agents might think you were buying parts to replace newer car? Were you being honest and ask if they would enable bio mode beforehand for your non support car? I’m willing to bet you didn’t.

Why would I ask when I know others have done it and their service center updated their config? There would be no reason for to ask.
They had my VIN, they knew it did not have it. They sold me the parts anyway.
