$3.6B discretionary sales from Dec 12-14 if Elon was in possession of material non-public info (MNPI). These sales were NOT 10b5-1 sales. Odds of a negative 4Q surprise are therefore likely low. The 4Q trading window closes tomorrow.

We’re the kids of TSLA are suffering now cos Elon has left us and sleeping with the new wife TWTR. He has been selling our family assets to fund the new wife’s wedding, parties & shopping lately. Very sad case at home. 😅
