Other parents also called the police. I guess "when you see something, say something" only applies to white people. This is just horrible and breaks my heart.
Kids are never going to speak up if they're going to be punished for speaking up.

A 13 rear old Texas girl, terrified of shootings, was punished for reporting she heard a boy say “don’t come to school tomorrow.” She notified her mom, friends & the school officials. The girl, who was an exemplary student, got a 3 day suspension & was sent to alternative school.…
