For those who don't fully understand what is up with the NHS, here is a thread for you that might help. I'm a consultant physician working as a doctor in the NHS in Yorkshire and Wales for 32 years now. I have experienced the NHS at its best (2008) and its worst (2022).

@peteneville65 This. I'm two years off qualifying, was with Stroke association 7 years, been an HCA for two years, and a carer for one. Makes me wonder what the hell I'm getting into, I've never seen things like this...its truly concerning.

I’m from Perth, WA, and at a time when we had as good as no Covid in the community but the jab prog hd started, all our hospitals were being stretched to the limit with emergency patients, many young with heart issues

@peteneville65 @mikecranleigh @jwales37 People need to wake up to the facts, even if it is disturbing! Reality is, just around the corner. PS yesterday paid €100 for LFT & cholesterol test! A GP appt is €15 but even when I get GESY (NHS like system) membership everything still attracts a charge!
