I think I would be fine if I spent a little more time outside. I always forget that there is a world out there. It’s easier to breathe when you’re (alone) and outside. It’s easier to forget. I wish we did not forget the things we are accustomed to.

I wish I didn’t have to go through the cycle of forgetting and remembering, and forgetting and remembering. I wish there were no grief. The things we would do if fear was not an option. I think I’m a bit grateful for my fear.
