Remove the disincentives to succeed: workfare not welfare, no social promotions in school, no participation trophies (learn from your failures) and stop blaming your failure on another person’s skin color.

This is what the elites want. Rich and poor. No middle class. All I keep thinking about is Demolition Man. Poor ppl underground, rich up top.
