The way all the sitting MPs of Delhi are keeping mum on the defiance shown by Secretary- 'Services' of Delhi, it seems that they have no concern for the well being of people of Delhi. All they care about is keeping the BIG BOSS happy!!

Why dont AAP draft a Model Code of Conduct for Civil Servant especially IAS, IPS and IRS.... including Punshment for those errant, recovering the cost Value Money for violation of the Conducts. .. You can do It
