800 #Pakistani soldiers and over 200 #Chinese Soldiers had lost their lives during the construction of the #Karakoram #Highway , due to landslides, and falls. The 1300km long highway was opened for public in 1986. Work on the highway had started in 1966. #GilgitBaltistan #CPEC
