The weights don’t talk. The rower doesn’t listen. The treadmill doesn’t care what’s going on in my life. It’s all just there to kick my ass and get my mind right. No wonder people call it “Orangetherapy.”

🧡 this! I felt so sick yesterday and had to cancel. I went ahead and signed up for this morning and got in to the 5 a.m. Before I could talk myself out of it, I got dressed, made my protein shake and grabbed my water bottle. It was difficult, but I did it!
