It's just the apartment companies website. Not sure what app or program/service they use. The bottom says RENTCafé.

You mean our landlords are rich. I am nothing of the sort lol, that's more than half my monthly income and I expect that's how it is for most people.

Pet rent is a pretty normal thing. $35 per pet is pretty cheap too I've found. It can be up to $50-70 per pet per month depending on the type/breed. It's at the landlords discretion.

May i ask in what country / city u live in ? Or how big is your apartment ? Because i live in czech in europe in city with like 100k people and am paying 400 usd all in for two bedroom apartment. so i am just curious how big are those differences.

My bank account could never.
I pay 720 a month in rent flat. I don't now the exact break down but it includes water, sewage, pet. I pay my own gas/electric. For a total of 850-1000. I have a 3 bedroom town home in the nice part of town where I live.
