At the end, he started smoking/vaping in the middle of my operating business when I grabbed his bag and ran outside and told him to come get it to protect my staff and my customers. What if he attacked me? Nobody never came?!!!!?! @LondonBreed

@nazkhorram @SF311 @SFPD @SFPDMission It’s hit and miss. I have a homeless situation in my hood and sometimes when I call 311 they send someone immediately but other times they tell me they’re too busy. You’re not alone. Truth is: 👎🏾 we’ve lost and/or pushed out hundreds of SFPD 👎🏾 academy defunded 👎🏾 can’t recruit
