One of our colleagues son, Charlie, has produced a fantastic drawing of an m1/m2 bus! 🚌 Charlie is currently doing his GSCEs, one of which is art. Charlie usually draws animals and flowers, but he drew something different this time.
Thank you for sharing it with us Charlie! 😀

Apologies as our initial response was incorrect, the driver should've asked the person with the buggy to fold the buggy to allow for the wheelchair to board. We will investigate this fully & arrange for retraining as well as reminding all of our drivers of the correct procedure

As a mark of respect for losing Kenneth, a driver at our sister company Go-Ahead London on 31st October, our colleagues will be observing a one-minute silence today at 1100 hours. If it is safe and legal to do so, our colleagues will be pulling over at this time. ^ NT
Many of our bus drivers join us as soon as they come of age after following their childhood dream. Not so in this case... Thomas was ready and raring to go for his school's annual celebration of World Book Day. Go easy on those roads, Thomas!

No buses will be serving Herbert Ave and Arne Ave due to even more smashed windows on our buses. These roads are now to dangerous for our drivers and passengers due to mindless youths using our buses for target practice We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
To maintain social distancing, we've been monitoring specific buses that prove to be busier during peak times. We know that the 06:35 m2 from Southbourne to Poole can get busy from St. Michaels Roundabout onwards, so we've put an extra bus on from there to Poole.
We've implemented new measures on board to help protect our drivers and customers - as demonstrated by our sister company, Bluestar.
Please be reminded to only travel when necessary, wash your hands frequently and pay by contactless or mobile app where you can.
Due to youths throwing objects at our buses on Turlin Moor estate , we have removed our buses from the estate for the rest of the evening. We will not accept our drivers and passengers being put at risk of harm
We apologise for any inconvenience caused
Everything is just about back to normal with the majority of services running to their full routes and timetables. Thank you for bearing with us these past couple of days. We’re signing off for the evening and hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend! ☀️ ^JQ
We're proud to reveal our new rainbow bus in tribute to key workers who are tirelessly putting themselves on the front line in the fight of COVID-19. 🌈

Due to our buses coming under attack in West Howe and suffering substantial damage, services 14, 5 and 5a will not be serving West Howe for the rest of the evening, and will be running direct via Kinson Road. Dorset Police have been informed. ^LW

We apologise for any inconvenience caused but we are not prepared to put our drivers or passengers at any more risk this evening.
