100% ROI on your money every month is a pretty great deal… even if the fund choices inside the 401k aren’t great. But most companies will at least offer an S&P500 index fund and a Growth Fund

Many 401k plans are evolving. A lot of them are offering better options. I have Vanguard funds in mine with an extremely low expense ratios.

And you can also take loans against your 401K. Was able to successfully to this to help me with a house down payment and then was able to may it back fairly quickly.

My 401k is in a 2055 target dated fund and i heard those arent the greatest. Idk if i should switch it to like FXAIX or something along those lines
