I have to admit that I hate the comparison to Ukrainian refugees and the need to prove our "humanity" in relation but some of you all show your class privilege when your first instinct is to pounce. If your family in Sudan isn't middle class the lack of special visas...

of free expedited special visas anywhere and the fact that many are coming up on renewals and possible denials after a whole year of this is not only scary, it means ppl are having to make really difficult decisions to stay or even return...so yeah i'm waiting for those CUANETs!
