Although #Sudan now has the largest number of displaced people in the world 7.1 million (5.9 mil. newly war-displaced), very few countries have created special visa programs for Sudanese refugees and for many, their 6 month visas are about to expire.

It’s probably really NONE…if we think of this in relation of the framework created for European refugees, but I’m including visa extensions here and I might not know of others.

@YassirEltigani I’m so sorry Yassir. That is so terrible. I hope they can at least issue her a tourist visa. This is how I brought my parents in some years ago and we then started the family reunion process before their visas expired.

@GDragneal UK and S @udi and other Gulf countries have temporary special visa considerations but the UK’s was only 6 months. I’m not sure when the others expire. Canada offered visa extensions for ppl who were already in country but none of it is like what was offered to European refugees.
