which can be risky depending on what the politics and intentions of those post-tenure faculty are, regardless of the decolonizing or anti-racism committee they may have created or chaired. #AcademicChatter

@ohhEarnestine @PhdAmaka It seems tenured Professors or faculty coming up for tenure wish there were more opportunities to move institutions 4 personal + professional reasons. It would mean poaching faculty, but if a dept. is serious abt changing then this could incentivize post-tenure faculty to join.
