@mikerusanoff Companies would be 10x more effective if their managers went through leadership and personal performance training. Communication is everything. Personal excellence is the key to successful leadership.

@mikerusanoff Some have no quality, but they are there in position and forcefully impose themselves. If you don't execute, you are charged harshly. It doesn't work anymore: if we don't want you, because they still stay there.

@AnaBodosca22622 Even with AI appearing, there is a huge lack of good managers. If your employees start leaving cuz of you, you will be replaced instantly. So they have to learn, otherwise they won't be at their place

@mikerusanoff I have seen all of those over the years first hand. They are worse one over the other. From what I've observed, in particular in large stagnant public companies, it is a result of what Steve Jobs called "bozo explosion". He was steadfast at Apple about A managers hiring A+…
