@mikerusanoff Was talking about this yesterday with the fam. And it's interesting really. Regardless of how much good you do, it's almost impossible to outshine the bad.

@mikerusanoff Perfect description of the corporate world. You are only as good as your last day/project/task/assignment etc. Decades of contributions and sacrifices can be forgotten instantly if you manage to screw up something once.

@mikerusanoff It’s important to highlight that we do the same thing to ourselves! I think the only way to root out this phenomenon is by showing ourselves compassion for the mistakes we make. Then we can view the mistakes others have made with more compassion, too.
