So true Mike. I got into drinking coffee when I was Guatemala, I got some of the best beans.
But I noticed myself getting addicted. The only answer was to stop.
My girlfriend called me out on it though which helped me to stop the caffeine addiction.

I was a 2-3 cup a day guy and then I quit cold turkey on Dec 24 2023. Goal is to do 30 days free to fully reset. First 5 days sucked (headaches and such), now I don't even notice it. Excited to get back to a more responsible dosage lol

My Advice
•Dink atleast 6 espresso shots right when you wake up (≈400mg caffeine)
•Switch between cheap instant coffee and high quality coffee (doesn’t really matter)
•Stop worrying about your sleep. Go to sleep when you tired
•Wake up and increase your caffeine intake…

We should definitely talk more about this.
It has become so normalized to drink lots of coffee during the day.
At Starbucks you can even see people drinking cappuccinos at 8PM.
Imagine how these people sleep…
