@mikerusanoff I was a 2-3 cup a day guy and then I quit cold turkey on Dec 24 2023. Goal is to do 30 days free to fully reset. First 5 days sucked (headaches and such), now I don't even notice it. Excited to get back to a more responsible dosage lol

@mikerusanoff We should definitely talk more about this. It has become so normalized to drink lots of coffee during the day. At Starbucks you can even see people drinking cappuccinos at 8PM. Imagine how these people sleep…
