I grew up in a time when this never happened at school! Never had to think about a mass shooter at my school! It was the late 50’s the 60’s and early 70’s. Now guns matter more than kids! Beyond tragic! It’s insane!

No if teachers were armed, if the school had more than one officer and if they had other security enhancements this wouldn't have happen.

It absolutely was preventable. And none of the steps to prevent it would have had anything to do with infringing the rights of people who had nothing to do with this tragic loss of life.

It should not have happened. The shooter had been turned into the FBI and the FBI did nothing. Why didn't the FBI even look into the shooter?
