Our email marketing software,
So learn from it, and apply to your own business.
When we start building

, Our main driving force was frustration,
The Naira card no longer served for dollar payments,
And my business was dependent on it.
So we got to work,
And released version one,
people hopped in, a lot of people,
But something happened đź’”
Things began to break,
Server congestion’s, Verification navigations,
We were learning, it was very steep,
No mentors, no road map, nothing,
We had to figure it all out from scratch
Rules, laws, technicals, codes, etc,
We were losing MVP customers,
From one complain to the other,
We kept fixing and learning from feedbacks, after all, it was our first time on this niche,
At a time, we had to get an excel sheet containing phone numbers of all our customers,
We started calling everyone
One by one,
What is the problem, what do you want us to fix, why did you use us in the first place,
What feature do you want,
What will make you leave,
We had to call almost every single active and dormant account manually,
I don’t know what we could have done without my partner

He was always fixing and rebuilding things
And honestly, he’s the reason why we’re still in business.
Until, we came to a decision to overhaul everything and rebuild,
We now understood what people wanted,
And what was irrelevant.
The phone calls worked,
It was helpful,
With that,
We launched Affisend 2.0
Our version 2, (V2)
The most stable production yet.
And ever since then,
There has been no customer complaint,
( I’m still waiting for complaints though , cos that’s how we learn and improve 🌝)

We also included new helpful features,
We integrated AI to score subject lines, and even write or tweak emails for you
We also launched Affisend landing pages,
Meaning you can now build landing pages inside the platform and collect leads,
And so much more,
Additionally, we added an affiliate program that allows people to earn 20% recurring commissions when they get their friends and colleagues to use Affisend.
