Coincidentally or not, this is very similar to the situation that occurred in Ecuador recently, and it's being repeated in other LATAM countries. Even more subtle, it is to note the resemblance to ISIS recruitment tactics. Is it someone recruiting prisoners to flood the US? 🇺🇸
