. Same as defending people's right to spread Covid-19 because they avoid lockdown and wearing masks. If 'free speech' involves incitement or shouting 'fire' in a crowded theatre, then it becomes indefensible.

U don’t understand what the constitution is if u think it demands companies allow behaviours contrary to their stated policies. It is a covenant between the government and the people. Try telling your boss they’re an ahole.
