, take a moment today to check that your contact info—specifically your email—is listed on your website. If you have a rep list their name and agency as well. I've come across several this week where I can't figure out how to get in touch with someone I want to hire.

I prefer an email address, it’s simpler and it allows me to keep an outgoing copy of the email, which doesn’t get to happen when filling out a form.
Also there’s no guarantee that your reply won’t get caught up in my spam filters when using a form. It’s rare but it happens.
