I tell you this because it's super helpful when I can save an image from your website to my computer and then put together my pitch.
I know it seems counterintuitive to make your artwork available in such a way, but it makes it so much easier to share your work with my team!

Great question—both!
It usually gets emailed for a first pass or early discussion and will frequently be printed so we can talk around a conference table.
